How to send a correction to this guide, what evidence is needed and what happens to each report.

If a fact on this site has changed or is wrong, the useful way to tell us includes its source. Reports with verifiable evidence come first: a dated photograph of the notice in the room, an operator publication, or the date and time of a phone call.

Who publishes this guide

The material is written by the Casino Life Guide editorial team, an independent publication with no corporate relationship to Casino Life or to any other venue mentioned. The named individual responsible has not been formalised yet and will be published here once that happens.

Contact address pending publication. The editorial mailbox will appear in this section once it is formalised, together with the response time. We would rather leave the gap visible than publish an address nobody reads. Until then this guide has no official channel: any email, form or account claiming to represent it is not ours.

What to include in a correction

The page and the specific fact that needs correcting.
What it says now and what it should say.
Source: a link, a dated photograph or a description of the direct check.
The date on which you checked it.
If you represent the venue, say so, so the report can be recorded as official.

Processing a correction does not require your personal data, and we will not ask for it. Asking only for what is necessary is part of the method too.

What happens next

We check the source you send.
If it is sufficient, the fact and its verification status are updated.
The change is recorded with its date on the relevant page.
If we cannot verify it, the fact stays marked as pending and the reason is stated.

What we do not publish

Promotional copy submitted by third parties, and announcements without verifiable data.
Bonuses, codes, hours or figures we cannot attribute to a dated source.
Reviews or opinions presented as if they were editorial verification.
Withdrawal of a documented statement without a source that contradicts it.

If you represent Casino Life or another venue

Reports from the venue itself are recorded as a primary source and outrank third-party reports, on one condition: they are identified as such on the page, with their date. An official correction changes the fact and its status; it does not turn the page into promotional material, and it does not remove a documented discrepancy without evidence.

What this site will never ask you for

This guide opens no accounts, processes no payments and offers no forms that collect banking details, passwords or identity documents. If any page, message or call asks for those in this site’s name, it is not ours.
